Colorful Boho Christmas Decor and Home Tour

Christmas is such a fun time to decorate around the house and this year I went with a modern mediterranean theme infused with colors inspired by sea glass. I’ve shared so many Christmas ideas so far for my Very Global Christmas series. I’m excited to be joining Jennifer Rizzo’s 2021 Holiday Housewalk this year along with a fabulous group of bloggers.

It’s always a fun challenge to create an unique take on Christmas decorating each year, and Christmas decorating was needed so much after the hectic year we had. The joy felt putting a tree up and decorating it was priceless. The colorful Christmas decor has put me in such a happy mood that I’m not sure I’ll be able to take it down after the holidays.

This year, I wanted to incorporate sea glass into my Christmas theme. I adore the colors of the glass and even created DIY sea glass ornaments for the tree. Then, I added baubles of all the colors of the sea glass along with a garland made of pothos leaves.

The incorporation of houseplants on my tree continues! I really adore how all the colorful ornaments really pop on this tree. The botanical mantel garland got a pop of color as well!

Colorful Christmas Decor in Dining Room

The color extends all over the house but with the dining room being so colorful already, I decided to do a more simple tree in here. I think baby’s breath is one of the most underrated flowers. It’s quite beautiful in its simplicity and looks wonderful as a garland for my Christmas tree.

We couldn’t do mediterranean without terracotta. So, the dining room tablescape is all set up with a terracotta tablescape along with the DIY terracotta bells I made with small planter pots.

Christmas Ideas for the Office

My office has had it’s own sprinkle of Christmas cheer. The botanical wreath and mini Christmas trees adorn with the sea glass Christmas tree ornaments give my office the holiday cheer I need for work motivation. Now the countdown can begin with my advent wreath made of sea glass.

Colorful Christmas ideas for Kitchen Shelves

The kitchen shelving has also got a little holiday cheer too! A few ornaments and a set of DIY foliage Christmas trees and my shelves are ready for the holiday.
