Cleaning the dishwasher

The dishwasher is one of those appliances that often goes uncleaned.  We  assume that because it runs a cleaning cycle for dishes, that the machine is also clean.  However, it is a machine that does need to be cleaned.  Maria of Pastels and Macaroons shares an easy to do tutorial on cleaning the dishwasher.

Cleaning the microwave

  1. Whoa, I’ve got to try that faucet trick next. I accidently saw the bottom of ours one day and was totally grossed out. It was better when I had no idea it was gross. 🙂 Thanks for including my oven tip, so glad it worked for you too!

  2. Such great tips. Glad I read this–it was a good reminder I needed to give some of these spaces attention. A little afraid to look at the bottom of the faucet, lol!
