Ways to Add Color to Your Bedroom this Summer
This summer will clearly be a different type of summer compared to last year’s summer isolation. Where last year was all about survival and sanity, this year I’m happy to be taking more time for decorating and infusing color back into my life. Here are ways to add color to your bedroom this summer and make the most of your relaxing days at home.

Add Vibrant Pillows
Pillows are one of the most easy ways to add color to your bedroom. Summer is a great season to amp up the color on your bed. Use large bright throw pillows with a white duvet to really amp up the color on your bed. I scored these large yellow pillows from Target and swap out the smaller throw pillow seasonally.
A Bold Throw For The Win
Adding a throw to your bed is always a good idea. It’s a boost of color and a great addition for those cool summer air conditioned nights. Consider throws with a bit of character or personal sentiment. A family throw or a globally inspired blanket will do the trick.
Colorful Closet Organization
Color coordinate shelves in your closet to show off seasonal clothing and accessories. I love showcasing my purses and other accessories on shelves. It makes getting dressed so fun and an experience!
