This past weekend was my wedding anniversary and boy was it an exciting one! Not because what you may think would happen on an anniversary, but because I saw both parts of the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play on BROADWAY! This was absolutely the best play I have ever seen. The production of all the acts and each and every one of the actors were spectacular. If you can, I would make it up to New York city to see if for yourself.

I was one giddy girl when I was told the surprise. We tried to get tickets when it first premiered, but we weren’t one of the lucky fews to win the ticket lottery. I’m sure it’s just as fantastic now as it was when it premiered. Many of the original cast members from the London show are in the broadway show, so it’s just like seeing the original show.

Imagine my surprise when I received an email that Pottery Barn had added new items to their Harry Potter collection. Not only are there great items for the kids, but for us older Potter fans too.

Do these pictures make you want to watch the movies all over again….or read the series. I definitely watched all the movies again when we got back home. There are so many things included in the play that you had to watch the movies or read the series to understand. The kids are still on the younger side for the series, but I’m hoping they’ll love it all next year. These favorites from the newly increased Pottery Barn Harry Potter collection are sure to add to your excitement about the series or play.
