Free Modern Thanksgiving Planner
We hold Thanksgiving dinner at our home each year and host anywhere between 11-22 people. The secret to hosting Thanksgiving and not losing your mind, hair, or stressing completely the freak out is having a well organized plan. I’ve hosted Thanksgiving since 2006 and this will be the first year that I won’t be hosting in my home. With the kitchen still in disarray (see my kitchen disaster), the family decided to host Thanksgiving at a hall instead. You know what that means….. more people!
So, staying organized is a must this Thanksgiving and frankly every Thanksgiving.
I’ve updated and improved my Thanksgiving planner from last year and am excited to say that this new version is yours absolutely FREE! This year’s Thanksgiving planner includes a cover page, meal planner, grocery list, to do list, cooking schedule, notes page, and two different leftover labels all in the Casa Watkins Living exclusive Thanksgiving otomi pattern. This is sure to keep you organized and limit your stress this Thanksgiving. Click to download your 2018 free Thanksgiving planner with leftover labels.
Free Printable Leftover Labels
Also included in this year’s free Thanksgiving planner printable pack are two printable leftover labels. I have always loved having leftover labels on the take away boxes. I made some simple Thanksgiving leftover labels a few years ago and I’ve been hooked on making them each year since.
It makes guests feel special and makes your Thanksgiving dinner feel like an event for practically no money at all! Simply print out as many copies of the labels as desired and cut them out. Then use a glue stick, double sided tape, or clear packing tape to attach to your take away boxes. The large leftover labels I’ve included in the Thanksgiving planner pack can be used on take away boxes or be glued to the outside of a paper bag to label everyone’s Thanksgiving leftover bags.
Many grocery stores carry bundle packs of take away boxes during the holidays. I like to find containers that are large enough to fit a little of everything. I’ve used the Reynolds Heat and Eat containers in the past which are great quality plant based containers that can be placed in the microwave and are easily disposable. Unfortunately, there aren’t too many containers that are large like the styrofoam ones, but if you try to be as earth friendly as I do, then these biodegradable/compostable containers should suffice.
I hope you enjoy this free Thanksgiving dinner planner and have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner full of fun (and absent of stress).
