I’m not a big fan of resolutions anymore since every single one of my resolutions have never been completed….ever! So this year, I’m simply making short term goals that will easier for me to accomplish and help me maintain accountability. Sure, it’s kind of like resolutions but it’s easier to swallow the idea that you’re going to lose 5lbs a month rather than saying a resolution like “I’m going to lose 30 lbs this year.” It’s definitely easier to track eating 8 more veggies a week rather than saying a resolution like “I’m going to eat more healthy this year.” To help with my goal tracking, I’ve made a printable monthly goal tracker and I’m sharing it with you today!
