Spanish Sabado #3: Resources for Free Spanish Printables

Hola Amigos!
I’ve been sick pretty much all week long with a cold and didn’t have a chance to finish my post for Spanish Sabado this week. So, here is Spanish Sabado#3 on Sunday! This week, I’d like to share with you all some helpful resources for free printables to use for your bilingual teaching days. I am always on the hunt for some new Spanish printables to use for Nugget and Chi-Chi. I am starting to post these good resources to my pinterest board for Bilingual Spanish Tot School which you can follow. I’ll be adding them as I come across these resources. There are some very nice printable preschool/tot packs that come in Spanish. They are hard to find, but Jolanthe has a few printable packs she offers in Spanish on her site Homeschool Creations. Her transportation pack is just wonderful and includes an assortment of activities like puzzles, flashcards, tracing, and math activities among others. You can find her printable Transportation pack here and then check out her other packs.

Jenny from Spanish Playground makes great vocabulary handouts suited for your older learners. She also has blog posts on different learning songs and printable activity books. I especially liked the conversation starters she showcased for Easter.

Fran offers an assortment of free printable Spanish worksheets for all ages. There are crosswords, flashcards, and other worksheets all free on her site, Printable Spanish.

If you are looking to start a special Tot school teaching area, you should check out the printables offered by Analia at ABC and 123. She has great printables to use for your circle time and some printables that coordinate with storybooks. Her printables can help children who are learning to read and help with word recognition for those who are just beginning to read.
