I just adore Easter trees and they continue to increase in popularity each Easter. This year, all of my Easter decor is inspired by global folk art. The vibrant colors and patterns seen in many folk art pieces around the globe is perfect inspiration for a joyous Easter celebration. Folk Art Bohemian Easter Tree

Creating an Easter tree is very easy and can be used as a centerpiece for your dining table, mantel decor, or use it on your console table like I did my rustic bohemian Easter tree last year. You don’t have to use branches or a real tree to create your diy Easter tree. Use faux floral branches in a long neck global style vase. I spotted this Indian embellished vase in Homegoods a few weeks ago and HAD to bring it home with me.

Choose 1-3 sets of Easter decor to decorate your tree. I started with my diy folk art birds and then added my new folk art painted Easter eggs. I’ll be sharing the tutorial for these cute eggs on Wednesday.

Keep the decor simple but vibrant for your folk art themed Easter tree. The florals from the branches keep the Easter tree looking whimsical and help make the ornaments pop.
