DIY Mossy Floral Pumpkins

Create these easy and beautiful DIY mossy floral pumpkins for your fall home decor!

Every year, I find myself trying to find a new way of interpreting pumpkins for the fall.  In the past I’ve marbled pumpkins, chalk painted pumpkins, and this year I created these beautiful DIY moss and floral pumpkins that are my new favorites!  You too can create these vibrant diy fall pumpkins in minutes using faux pumpkins, faux flowers, live moss, and a glue gun.

I have a few of these DIY pumpkins in the entryway now, but you can easily use them as mantel decor, on the porch, or styled on a table.  Of course you can vary the size as well.  Imagine a collection of these mossy floral pumpkins in various sizes along your porch steps.  They are perfect for the summer to fall decor transition period given their vibrant color.   I can also see these DIY mossy floral pumpkins used for Thanksgiving tablescapes.

I used a few to style my entryway for the fall.  With the kids starting school in a manner of weeks, I’m placing the final touches of fall around the house.  I know I’ll be super busy come this fall, so it’s been nice to place some fall touches around the house now.  I recently shared my early fall living room refresh and it’s been a wonderful place to sit and enjoy my morning coffee.  This week, I placed a few more fall touches in the family room and I’ll share that soon.  I used one of my new DIY pumpkins in the family room and the kids enjoy it so much!!
