DIY Boho Style Home Decor | Video Tutorial

The summer is always a great time to find items at the thrift store.  Many are emptying out their homes for fall and winter pieces.  It’s a true treasure chest of stuff for us thrift store hunters.  I found a couple of thrift store gems a while back and wanted to upcycle them into fabulous DIY boho style home decor.  I mentioned my DIY boho tray wreath during my dining room vignette post and I’m excited to finally get that easy tutorial out to you via Youtube.  As a bonus, I’m also sharing one of my popular upcycles, the DIY basket side table!  It’s one of the most rewarding feelings when you create something by reworking an item.  Upcycling items, dare I say, it’s almost like art!  I get so excited with the results of any upcycle and am especially happy with the two diy home decor pieces I’m sharing with you today.

You can check out my Youtube video on the two DIY boho style home decor projects made with thrift store flips below.  I’ll be sharing a new video this week, so don’t forget to subscribe (SUBSCRIBE HERE) to get notified when new videos are uploaded!

  1. Great projects! You’re absolutely right – upcycling is so rewarding. I never thought about hitting thrift shops at certain times of the year.
