Fall Global Boho Tablescape

I have received an arrangment from FTD for this post.  All thoughts and opinions are still 100% my own!

Decorating tablescapes and creating centerpieces for fall often include autumn leaves.  This year, try creating a fall tablescape centered around plants!  I received a beautiful WonderFall Wishes Harvest Dish Garden fall arrangement from FTD and adore how the plants bring a different perspective to fall decorating.  I often use a lot of fall florals and leaves, but this fall global boho tablescape uses a different type of leaves and I’m loving the look!  I’m joining Chloe of Celebrate and Decorate and other talented bloggers to share a variety of fall tablescape ideas to inspire your own autumn table arrangements.  Be sure to click the links at the end of the post to see all the tablescape ideas throughout this week to spark your own creation.

Global Boho Fall Tablescape

My kitchen table tablescape started with a large moroccan tray.  I just love the size of this tray!  Not only is it large enough to house this entire tablescape, but its makes transporting this centerpiece easily to the side during meals.  The Wonderfall wishes harvest arrangement contains several different plant types and I’m looking forward to having this arrangement for a while!

Fresh sprigs of eucalyptus line the tray to continue the green color of the plants.  To add small pops of color, I used roses in recycled glasses.  You better believe I showed my hubs this other advantage of keeping those recyclables!  He keeps wanting to toss them out, so on occasion I have to justify the cabinet full of spaghetti jars, milk glasses, baby food containers, etc.  Though, he did enjoy the World Market inspired mini succulent hanging jars I created with the baby food containers.

Create a more “fall” looking tablescape by inserting a few seasonal items.  Pop in a few cinnamon and orange scented pinecones or juicy apples, in my case both, with a few candles to finish the centerpiece.  I love to use a mix of led candles and real candles.

Green and blue is my favorite color combination.  I used my blue willow plates with a plain white napkins to finish the table.  These vintage napkin rings were part of the huge bag of thrifted napkin rings I used for my tablescape last week!  You can see that neutral fall tablescape here.  Still shocked I found over 20 vintage rings for a jaw dropping $5!

  1. This is a beautiful table, Stephanie! There’s nothing as welcoming as fresh flowers and natural elements added to a centerpiece. Well done!!!

  2. A beautiful and unique fall table. The use of non-traditional fall colors of brown, orange, red and yellow makes for a outstanding and unexpected Fall theme. It is what makes it surprisingly special. The vibrant light green in the apples and the delicate pink of the roses contrast well with the greenery and pine cones. I love the blue plates which you used for the pop of color. The table certainly holds the attention and welcomes those who are seated as guests.

  3. What a gorgeous fall table! I, too love blue and white and love how you made it look “fall”. Another favorite was the mix of green apples, pinecones and rusty red roses…you have a great eye and I am soooo inspired!!

  4. Such a lovely tablescape with beautiful natural elements and flowers. It seems to be quite popular this season. Adding fruit is always a winner for seasonal displays.

  5. Such a pretty tablescape, it says Autumn with the pinecones and the acorn picks, but it still makes me think fresh and clean with the apples and the roses. I know exactly what you mean about hanging onto the jars and bottles! Husbands can be so unreasonable! Thank you so much for being a part of our blog hop!

  6. So unique and gorgeous! I love how you transformed the FTD arrangement with the addition of pine cones and soft colored roses- great tip of arranging it on a tray for ease of removing it for dining!

  7. You’ve definitely given me inspiration to try using plants instead of leaves for a fall centerpiece especially if I could come up with something as beautiful as what you’ve created here. Love the additions of the apples, pine cones, acorns for fall but also the lovely roses in the recycled bottles (yay, for you keeping them!). Your blue and white plates look great with the other pieces.

  8. I am a big fan of blue willow and I love using it for autumn! Your centerpiece is just beautiful with the apples and pine cones along with the fresh flowers! It is so inviting! Pam @ Everyday Living
